Jets had a convincing 4-0 win over Dallas here at home. Hellebuyck is returning to his expected form and the injured players we missed last round are back to add much needed offence.

Game 3 on Sunday at 3:30pm. Dallas is not to be underestimated, regardless of who is leading...

They couldn't do it. On top of it, Mark Scheifele's father died on Friday night in Dallas, and the kid still played his heart out.

Only to be called with the only penalty in the game near the end of regulation (His act likely saved a goal at that point as it was.) and to be sitting in the box while Dallas scored.

Likely the last time I'll see Nikolaj Ehlers in a Jets uniform too.

Much respect to Dallas and their fans for raising money and donating to the charities that Scheifele supports as a gesture of goodwill towards him and his loss. The end game handshakes were emotional, to say the least.

Ah well... I don't know where they go from here... They actually didn't play bad yesterday but too many fuckups and mistakes this entire playoffs (Hellebuyck was basically either perfect or a fucking sieve.)

Better than last year at least.

I'll cheer for the Panthers I suppose. Paul Maurice is my favourite coach and would love for him to do it all again.
