Mad Money

My wife started me on this K-DRAMA called Moving. Its focuses on these parents (who have super powers) who use to be spies for the South Korean government and now have kids of their own.

The fight scenes in this show are intense and really well choreographed. Episode 10 and 11 are my fav and I highly recommend this show. FARRRRRRR better than any DC or Marvel show out right now

I've watch so much Kdramas. Most popular ones are romcoms! The Reply series are pretty good nostalgia period 80s/90s/2000.

Move to Heaven is about Uncle connecting with his autistic nephew. Dealing with death of family. While also running a company that clean up homes of dead people.

Kingdom- great ancient period drama about Zombies.

All of us are dead - high school Zombie

Signal - scifi? murder mystery - Talk radio connect present to past.

2 weeks -
Fugitive movie, great action drama. Frame for crime but he is the only donor for his daughter surgery. He has 2 weeks to save her.

I watched all of us are dead based on the Drinkers recommendation. It was a good series and very simple premise which made it easier to work with imo.

in a i've watched a k-drama and it took nearly 10 of these 1 hour episodes each for the couple to share the first kiss.

then i've watched a spanish series and it took a guys smiling in the 20 minutes of the first or second episode, i dunno, to make the girl jumping on this lap and then bang him, after the sex the couple told each other name for the first time.

no bullshit.

I love K-Shit because they don't give two shits about woke stuff and pandering. They just tell the stories they want to tell, even if sometimes it's cheesy af, I appreciate it.

Unfortunately it's creeping in! Itaewon Class- is an example of this. Had a lot of diversity characters. People enjoyed it. I didn't enjoy it. Series started great but it became a trope(unrelated to diversity).

Some may say My Name due to the female lead being able to big beat all these men. But I enjoyed My Name because it showed her progression in becoming a fighter. To solve mystery/revenge of her father she trains as a fighter and becomes a gangster. Worth a watch because it's pretty gritty and plot twist.

Oh snap. I normally love these shows because everyone look the same and sometimes there's the odd Pakistani and that doesn't bother me lol

Having random minority in Kdramas don't bother me either.

Itaewon is a district in Seoul Korea, which has a lot foreign tourist/living there. I understand the diversity of having the black guy in there but the trans person was odd addition. I finish the show but I didn't like the plot being too of other Kdramas tropes in 2nd 1/2 of show.

More favorites of mine! Highly recommended!

It's Okay to not be Okay - romcom with murder mystery subplot. Also deal with depression and mental illness.

Attorney Woo Young Woo, Light hearted comedy!

When the Camellia Blooms - Rom/Com with murder muster subplot. Guy falls for Single mother(which is looked down upon in Asia).

The original Korean version of Good Doctor. Can't compare I never saw remake!

Heal me Kill me - deals with multiple personalities and child abuse. The lead actors is great portraying his different personalities.

I love Woo Young Woo. Having an autistic daughter I thought they represented it pretty well with a lot of respect. Great show

This explains so much

Woo Young Woo - has a photogenic memory, her dad was a law school drop out. When she was young she was able to remember her dads law books and graduated top of her class. Attorney Woo is not real character but the court cases are based off real court cases.

Show follows Woo Young Woos struggle to fit in the only law firm that would hire and Autistic Lawyer. The show is light heart and fun watch for everyone.
