Damn. I got the PS4 version and played about 5 hours. Really enjoyed it and planned on going back, but sucks that no upgrade is available. With that said, it's really cheap even on the Japan store.

Same boat here. Bought it for PS4 but then got distracted by Like a Dragon on the Series X. May buy it again..

It was planned as a soft reboot of sorts. Yakuza 1 will be even better if you play 0 first.

Same. Looks like they got rid of the weird yellowish filter and made the lighting look more natural for the most part.
