Wolfhound. A bit of Contra meets WWII meets Horror meets Metroidvania. Big Capcom Bionic Commando vibes:

Looks interesting, I'm a bit put off by the retro aspect of it, I really want more 2.5D Metroidvanias with all the bells and whistles, but it is a neat go at this genre for retro fanatics.

Kind of surprised I've never seen a dead ringer MGS style game yet... the 32-bit modern-retro era is in full swing!!!

I see you're in balls deep. Looks great and they created a nice atmosphere. Will there be horror/supernatural elements in this game?

The game is set in a supernatural setting. The enemies have glowing eyes, there are enemies that are more zombie like that run at you with knives and only die through headshots.

looks so good

Yeah holy, Contravania has a ton of potential. Will definitely keep an eye out on this, thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Speaking of Metroidvania's, has anyone here played 3000th Duel? Metroidvania + Souls-lite. It's really good. Playing it on the Switch currently, maybe 2-3 hours in. It runs incredibly smoothly and it plays very well. I'm having a blast with it, definitely worth picking up on sale if Metroidvania's are your thing. Not a whole lot of originality, but it's a really solid game from what I've played so far.

Also, another recommendation from me

The best channel for all things beat 'em up, including indie releases:

like this one for...the Amiga of all things!?!

Looks great, like an isometric cross between crazy taxi and red faction.

Wishlisted.

100% agreed. Looks absolutely amazing. Especially the people hanging on the pickup truck at second 00:10. And that you can deliver a massive sword-fish. Seems like the mass of balloons impacts the physics on the car and it looked like it was floating to the ground rather than hitting it.

thanks for sharing @regawdless. Put it on my Wishlist too.
