Doctor Sleep and IT need to be at the bottom. Both ok, but not in the same league as the others.

It's really hard to specifically place Carrie (the original, obviously), The Mist, The Shawshank Redemption, Misery, and The Shining. The rest go behind those and are still kind of amorphous (except Green Mile, which would be #6) but those movies are all fantastic. Maybe Carrie #5, but they are just so great in different ways it makes it hard to judge them.
