I was hyped on this one during the early days of its unveil when it was coming to the GameCube.... but never played the final product when it did finally release on 360. Always wondered how it really was. The media was always so hyperbolic on this one.

If I ever decide to mod a 360 and throw a bunch of games on a hard drive for it, this is one I'd definitely check out. It's like Haze on PS3 - I'm very curious about how bad it could possibly be.

Yeah, for me, it really started to fall apart when Ryckert went to GBEast. This only accelerated with the hiring of Ben and Abby. I think I stopped listening to the podcast regularly in 2018, but would still check in every once in a while. Moving to WFH with the start of the pandemic completely killed it for me.

I played the shit out of it, it was pretty decent. Not legendary or anything, but far from the train wreck people made it out to be.

It's fun to play. I think it has so much character.
