RE2 Remake is the GOAT horror game for me. Intense, great level design, great atmosphere, exactly the right length. It's just so well designed.

Im not a big racing fan so I would go with RE2 by default but RE2 Remake is an excellent game on its own. Great level design and replayable

RE2 Remake was a top 5 game for me from that decade. Burnout games were fun for their time but not on that same level.

Burnout 3 is top tier. Honestly I prefer it to Paradise.

Never was a big RE fan.

I love RE, especially upto Code Veronica. I do like the remake a lot, but you have to choose a great original release over a great remake.

Burnout for me

Both the peaks of their respective series, but RE2 wins for me because of how tightly-designed the maps are and the incredibly strong replay value for a survival horror game.

I'd buy Burnout 3 again. Just up the resolution and update the music or let me stream my own. Game was pretty perfect already.

RE2 Remake is fucking awesome too but... I just miss Burnout. Not that open world stuff either. Pick a menu, track, car and just go.

Played the demo for RE2 Remake and was bored in a span of minutes.

Burnout 3 had me catching myself
crossing over the double yellow line on my way home from work for points.

My first Xbox game was Burnout 3 (followed by Burnout Revenge the next year) and for the first week I never touched race mode, I just played the crash mode and kept unlocking new tracks. My roommate, on the other hand, played nothing but races. It was fun with each of us unlocking half of the stuff, coming home after work and showing off a new car or course we had unlocked the night before.

I was always more of a Revenge fan over Burnout 3. RE2 has my vote, it's just a damn good time and reaffirmed my belief in Capcom as a top tier developer.

Close one, glad that RE2 Remake won. It's the best one of the Remakes.
