Here are my expectations of Independence Day celebrations, what will you be doing/eating?

Oh and maybe watch some fireworks if they do them at the park by my house.

Very much agreed. Lots of veterans in my family.

Fwiw, I've never burned a flag in my life. I just absolutely support the rights of others to do so. That's what this country is all about imho.

It's patriotic to protect those rights, it's not patriotic to actually burn the flag. It's like saying it's patriotic to put on a furry costume, wrap a diaper around your loins and twerk in the middle of a public park. It's a protected right, but it sure as hell is not patriotic.
