So is this eventually going to be complete release or is it only a tech demo? I have yet to run any games through my 4080 and this would be something I'd actually log back into my Steam account for if it was a full release.

I loaded this game up swearing I was going to do a full playthrough, only to find out that they only gave some example maps. Uninstalled until they are ready for the full experience.

The remastered Half-Life 2 RTX launched in a rocky state, but its version of Ravenholm now looks a whole lot better thanks to a new patch.

Creator Orbifold Studios explained that the demo's last patch improved its lighting's accuracy but over-saturated it as well. The new update fixes this and, as a result, make Ravenholm darker, "with more intentional authorship of light and shadow." Alongside this, HL2 RTX now has improved fog effects, a better Antlion model and water appearance, and a number of other fixes for stability and previously missing assets.
