No that can't be true, Jimbo told us all the publishers dislike Game Pass and he talks to all of them 😄

PSA - In addition to GTA V Coming tomorrow, the price increase for GP is coming tomorrow also. $10.99 for vanilla GP $16.99 for Ultimate.
I cashed rewards for 6 months of Game Pass in last 2 days because I have a feeling the number of points are going to go up too.

Who hasn't played it? Me, I tried it for about 30 minutes and hated it. Rockstar so edgy, nigel this, nigel that about 100 times in the first 10 minutes, plus I hate driving in games. Not my kind of game, but it's great for those that like it.

Huh, surprised a Halo fan says you don't like driving in games, given a major part of Halo's appeal is driving all sorts of cool vehicles.

I honestly preferred the older GTA games over the newer ones, but those got fucked over by the "Definitive Editions". I doubt the originals would get on Game Pass. To be honest, I've often found myself enjoying "GTA clones" more than the GTA games themselves, mostly because they had the same open world gameplay of GTA but with some extra coat of paint on it. The Scarface and Godfather games, in particular, were great adaptations of the source material on top of the gangster mayhem. And, of course, Saints Row leaned into the dumb fun aspects better (prior to the godawful reboot, that is).

LOVE the Scorpion, it is so awesome and literally DOES beat everything. I also love the Ghost grab one whenever it's available. I have an easier time driving the vehicles in Halo and I really ended up loving driving in Forza Horizon 5, but all I did was crash in GTA.

Well, GTA's driving physics were honestly never its strong point, so it's probably just that. lol

Halo's definitely better there. Hell, I probably beat most of the side content in Halo Infinite by just piling a bunch of Marines with power weapons in the Razorback and just going to town.

Damn Marines. One time in Halo 2 legendary I had a warthog with a couple of Marines, then I came across a ghost so I gave the warthog to the marines. Came to a temple with a bunch of Coveys inside and was hoping the Marines would come in and help me kill them off, but they were too busy joyriding in the warthog. I went in and killed them all myself and then walked out only to get killed when the joyriding Marines ran over me. :LOL:

On one hand, its pretty cool when owning one that you can play series version.

Sucks when it gets taken off in 3 months and you still haven't got a series consoel lol
 
Chalk me up as someone who's never played it. But I also don't want to. I can't stand gang culture and to me it always seemed like these games perpetuated it.

I never played it. Never had interest in this entry and I'm still not interested.

Well, I did technically play the first mission but I thought it sucked and I dropped it.

I adore the Halo vehicles. Running over everyone with a Ghost is a lot of fun.

Huh, Microsoft soft-killed the Gold to Gamepass Ultimate conversion ratio. It was 1:1, now it's 3:2. Glad I added 3 years a couple of weeks ago. GPU is still very cheap tho, if you go the cdkeys route you pay around €160 for 3 years.

Never let the Marines drive. lol

Outside of Halo 4. I actually found the driving AI surprisingly good in that game.

Otherwise, it's always Chief/Noble who drives with the Marines given infinite ammo power weapons. It's why the Razorback is so good. One Marine riding shotgun with a rocket launcher is powerful. 6 Marines riding in the Razorback is god-like.

That's especially true in Infinite. Five marines with rocket launchers is awesome, plus they weren't as retarded as the Marines in earlier games they didn't even kill me once in Infinite. 🤪

Jot me down as another that's never played it. And no interest in it really. I was "GTA'ed out" after the 4th one and honestly, that was a struggle to finish. They're all just kind of the same to me. Since it's on GP now, I may give it a go if I'm extremely bored one of these days.

The reason people still want to play GTAV is stuff like the Chaos mod - which, ironically, I don't think will work with the gamepass version.
