The PC version still has issues I believe so i'm glad this exists but i'm dissapointed it's only the first game and not the trilogy. I guess they will release the whole trilogy by piece meal and make more money that way
 
I still just don't like the aesthetics, so still no interest in this franchise.

Hopefully for the fans this is a good remaster and doesn't modernise anything.

Was Gears 1 ever on PC? I think it and maybe the Rare Replay collection were the last releases of the old regime that were truly exclusive. I hope we one day get the Rare collection on PC.

Yes, and it had exclusive chapters that wasn't available anywhere else until the Ultimate Edition release. But it was a Games for Windows release and it wasn't a great port. Reloaded will be the 3rd release on PC

The OG was the only one I actually got into back in the day. So I am kinda stoked. Much more so than I am at the prospect of a new GoW. I like this trend of early 360 games getting remasters/remakes. Keep'em coming! (maybe....just maybe we will eventually get some Project Gotham Racing games.)

I just hope we're getting 2 and 3 later down the road.

Edit- Oh shit, you can't turn off the cross play. I expect multiple stretched assholes, and broken dual sense controllers once the Mexicans start wall-bouncing with Gnashers.

Even though it's a free upgrade for me on Xbox, I am not going to play it again. That ship sailed 20 years ago.
