Sony Interactive Entertainment will release a PlayStation 5 Final Fantasy XVI Bundle on June 22, the company announced. It will include a PlayStation 5 console and Final Fantasy XVI download code.

In North America, the bundle will be available via PlayStation Direct. Pre-orders open on May 4.

In Japan, the model will be available in limited quantities for 67,980 yen.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia also announced the following additional hardware bundle and accessories:

PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Final Fantasy XVI Bundle – 56,980 yen
DualSense Wireless Controller Final Fantasy XVI Limited Edition – 8,980 yen

PlayStation 5 Cover Final Fantasy XVI Limited Edition – 7,980 yen

PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Cover Final Fantasy XVI Limited Edition – 7,980 yen

It is currently unclear whether the additional bundle and accessories will be made available in North America and Europe, or whether any PlayStation 5 Final Fantasy XVI Bundle will be made available in Europe.

Final Fantasy XVI is due out for PlayStation 5 on June 22.

Yeah yuck. The plates or scales or whatever they're called aren't bad, but the controller is fugly.
