I don't know if Dune is still regarded as a good RTS series, but from an amateur's point of view, I've enjoyed it.

The original was the first RTS I ever played. It was pretty much the template for C&C and most RTS that came after it.

Even if it's only a middling experience, I'm definitely down for this new one.

Some of the C&C Remastered streamers had been playing it lately, looks really cool. If they ever remade Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun, it would be awesome to see Dune 2000 in the package.

RPS are not exactly a trusted resource. They were once wonderful, but now, not so much.

The Westwood game remains a special game in my history. Stayed up late so many weekends playing and replaying it. Trying to game the game mechanics. I am surprised it took this long to make another strategy game with this IP.

Think of it like a 3D version of Civilization where 4X stands for Explore, Expand, Exploit, Exterminate. You can win by different strategies and it gets quite complex.
