Did you prefer the 1st one or the 2nd one though? I always found Back to the Future 2 more enjoyable, the 1st one seemed a lot more serious than the sequel.

The movies got more and more silly over time, but I think the second one struck a pretty good balance. Back then, I liked the funnier ones more, nowadays I think I'd prefer the first one tbh.

When Casino came out IO was so tired of seeing mob movies and Las Vegas settings. Didn't enjoy at time but I appreciated it. But Back to Future is my childhood and I love time travel movies. What happen to Time Bandits? One of my favorite movies. I wasn't into these vs polls till recently.

Unfortunately the few Terry Gilliam films got knocked out early. I don't remember Time Bandits being one through (maybe I missed it). But 12 Monkeys made it a couple rounds.

Like Arkam said, Time Bandits didn't get nominated for the competition but Twelve Monkeys did make it to the 2nd round of voting (losing against Hot Fuzz).

You've come at a good time for voting. Most of the movies are pretty high quality now, so most votes should have a movie you'd like.
