Thread: Do you ever enjoy breakfast for dinner?
Hype Thread
Rarely. Just when its all we have in the house. Of course I could go for breakfast tacos anytime, so its not much of a compromise.

Though some nice and thick French Toast also sounds like the bomb.

Used to do it kind of routinely after workouts. 3-4 eggs w/ toast and tabasco, corned beef hash, turkey bacon, glass of milk, couple tbsp of nutritional yeast

When I eat cereal it's almost always for dinner. I never eat it for breakfast. So, yes when it comes to cereal it's always an evening deal for me.

That includes things like eggs or bacon which I'll also usually eat for lunch or dinner.

I don't generally eat breakfast unless I'm with friends. However, I have done a full English Breakfast fry up for dinner a few times for funzies.

How can you survive without Breakfast? Sometimes I skip morning tea if I wake up too late, but I never miss out on Breakfast.

I haven't had Breakfast for Dinner, but I have sometimes had more of a dinner for breakfast sometimes. When I was in Korea on exchange, the cafeteria there had some leftovers for breakfast, so breakfast could be rice with some side dishes and a bit of new meat. That was great. If I had the time in the morning, I would cook heated food for breakfast and eat it. Usually I just have oats or jam sandwiches for breakfast instead.

Honestly, I got into intermittent fasting a good few years ago (only eating between set hours usually 1-7 PM) and although I'm not as strict about it as I used to be I rarely feel the urge to have anything to eat when I first wake up. Maybe a slice or two of toast around 11 if I'm feeling peckish, but that's generally a weekend thing at best.

We are still physically the hunter-gathers we were 10K years ago. The idea that we need 3 meals a day is basically something food manufacturers want you to think about so they can sell more product.

So how did you cook the steak Teezzy? Did you cook it the night before, or did you defrost it in the fridge and cook it in the early hours?

Applied a coffee based dry rub and tossed it in the air fryer. Prime NY Strip. I dont freeze anything
