I eat them occasionally because they are supposed to be really good for you. The mrs. does not like fish in general and these almost make her puke when I eat them so I dont keep them around much.
They are alright in mustard or hot sauce on crackers or toast.

Sardines are a regular staple of the Philippine diet. Of course I enjoy them, especially with pandesal (our local bread).

I also like anchovies, but only in cooking (mash into paste and add to onions when making a base for tomato sauce) or on pizza.
