Agree! On my 3080, it ran pretty good and looked just bonkers. And with mouse aiming, the combat got so fast and dynamic, it was a total joy to play. It had it's bugs and crashes, but was overall very playable.

LOVED the many stories with the side characters. It was so well done. Main story was kinda short, but I still enjoyed it. The world they've crafted is incredible.

Glad to have you here as well as this thread. CP2077 firmly remains an easy GOTY 2020 for me. Played it on PC, almost zero problems, no more than with most games. And the game itself is a masterpiece in so many areas. Maybe the two most important ones: 1.) Delivering quality quest lines that you'd otherwise only see in cinematic linear games like TLoU2. And 2.) creating a city that truly feels like one. First time ever I wandered the streets and it truly felt like I was on-the-way inside a big, aesthetically diverse city environment. I've played all GTA-games, but none have ever evoked the immersion to this level. Admittedly, the choice for mandatory 1st-person view turned out to be 100% a good one.

Finished it 2 times, waiting for story-DLC before I begin my 3rd playthrough.

I desperately want to return to Night City, but we are at a point wherein now it just makes sense to hold off until CDP releases some of the QoL updates and Free DLC.

Stopped momentarily, but I'm pretty far into the game. I really feel like the game should of been next gen only and probably needed to be in the oven longer. There's so much potential for a game of the gen candidate if they were allowed more time.

Not saying I'm not enjoying it, because I am on my Xbox one X, but the game really needed that beefy CPU in next gen consoles to shine.

beautiful game tho if a bit lifeless and haphazardly bolted

not sure what happened to multiplayer, seems like a missed opportunity to forego something like pvp bounties in such a massive world

Anyone know if it fully supports 21:9? I've done some searching and as far as I can gather it kind of does, with some drawbacks. Most of this stuff is from before the most recent update, though.

Cold blooded gunslinger is the way to go btw.

Crazy headshot damage, 100% crit chance and absurd crit damage with pistols. It's so much fun to just jump into a group of enemies and decimate them.

I played the Grim Reaper ending multiple times because it was so much fun.

Wait for story-DLC and start a completionist run with another character build.

Hotfix 1.22 for Cyberpunk 2077 is live!

This update addresses the most frequently reported issues since the last patch and introduces further improvements to stability and performance of the game. Here is the list of changes:

Quests & Open World

• The Metro: Memorial Park dataterm should now properly count towards the Frequent Flyer achievement.
• Fixed glitches in Johnny's appearance occurring after buying the Nomad car from Lana.
• Fixed an issue in Gig: Until Death Do Us Partwhere it was not possible to use the elevator.
• Fixed an issue in Epistrophy where the player could get trapped in the garage if they didn't follow the drone and ran into the control room instead.
• Added a retrofix for the issue we fixed in 1.21, where Takemura could get stuck in Japantown Docks in
  Down on the Street - for players who already experienced it before update 1.21 and continued playing until 1.22, Takemura will now teleport to Wakako's parlor.
• Fixed an issue preventing the player from opening the phone in the apartment at the beginning of New Dawn Fades.
• Fixed an issue where the player could become unable to use weapons and consumables after interacting with a maintenance panel in Riders on the Storm.

If you have the option, definitely go PS5. This is a very demanding game and the additional power of the PS5 adds a lot to the experience.
