Thread: Countdown for Luigi's Mansion 2 HD
Luigi's Mansion 3 was a bit tame for me too. It was fun, but this is action adventure so I'm going to hold it to the same standard as the GOAT action adventure games. The original is still the best, haven't played Dark Moon so this will be a new experience
 
0 hype for this. It's just an upres and not Luigi's mansion 3 graphics.

2 is easily the worst one, though not a bad game. I'm good with my 3ds copy.

I was quite impressed, it's a very good game and Nintendo should give that team shot at making something else. Give them a 3d donkey kong game or something.

It's something I have tempered expectations for. I loved the first one, as short as it is. Third game in the series was alright. Luigi's Mansion games are all about sightseeing in my opinion. If they're kind of spooky and atmospheric then I'm usually excited to see what takes place in these kind of games. Luigi's Mansion and Pikmin have a lot of untapped potential

The 3ds one's tutorial as if i was a retarded child was some of the worst shit ever. I loved GameCube one but maaaaan that tutorial irked me and i never gave it a shot

Hopefully they did away with the lengthy tutorial. Nintendo used to have such long and boring tutorials back in the day. Even to this day they're lengthy, but at least now they've been better about jumping into the action over time. Super Mario Odyssey started out very smoothly. Pikmin 4 however, the tutorial was essentially 4-5 hours long, yet it was kind of tastefully woven into the game

I have the aftermarket controllers and they're fine. I just feel the novelty of Wii is still stuck on switch. I want the thing built around a pro controller.
 
Man... This game is going to be here before we even realize it. Well at least for anyone who is going to be playing TTYD Remake. The official soundtrack to LM2 HD sounds better suited for a haunted setting than LM3 imo
