And I'm pretty sure they knew he had a reputation for doing this shit, but they went ahead and cast him anyways. Just because he was black.
The most embarrassing shit was the ant-man premiere where everyone was clearly instructed to parrot the same bullet points about the guy over and over again to manufacture a hype that did not genuinely exist.

It's cool they're actually close in real life (I think Henry is Bryce Dallas' godfather), despite the fact that Ron Howard was not happy when Fonzie replaced Richie as the lead of Happy Days due to the former's popularity.
These are people who mumble over a repetitive collection of bleeps, bloops, and bass sounds while calling themselves the great artists of our generation. The degeneracy is no surprise.
