If you wanted a Deus Ex/MGS hybrid made by Obsidian then Alpha Protocol is your jam. Definitely recommend.

Days Gone is aight. Kinda like if TLoU was just Joel and it had a baby with Shadows of Mordor.

Days Gone is appreaciated exactly as much as it desereves. Its a game that needed more refinement and less bloat. It got what it deserved imo from critics and players alike.

Alpha Protocol is a game that if given more time in development would have been as big as Mass Effect. Going with Alpha Protocol.

Days Gone on PC was pretty great tbh. Snappy mouse aiming, very good performance, nice gameplay and just pure fun. It had its issues but they didn't bother me much.

Days gone

Enjoyed it a lot more than other Sony exclusives like TLOU or God of War

Only major criticism would be that it's overly long and could have done with the main quest being trimmed. But i loved the gameplay loop and it's a shame we won't ever see a sequel

Alpha Protocol by a mile. Despite the jank AP is one of my favorite games of all time. I'll just leave below the funniest video you're going to see today. The shit you could do and say in this game is mind blowing. Thank God ERA doesn't know about it or everyone that worked on this at Obsidian would be cancelled.

Despite the jank, Obsidian did some really good work with the exchanges and interplay compared to other RPGs out there. Raycevick has a good video talking about it.

I'd really love to see the IP revived and the game remade/reworked but keeping the RPG core.
