Ok i was watching Avatar 2 and there was one big glaring fault in the whole thing

If they backed up their marines memories onto a disk and are able to clone them onto avatars or humans and bring them back from the dead
why didnt they simply use a backup of sulley and take him offline if he was so important to stop?

They never explained how they are able to control the clones or what they did with Jakes original body

Sully was technically on the science team in the first movie. The brother that he replaced was a scientist or some shit. So he wouldn't be included in the silly retcon to bring dude back.

Jake's body was probably buried by the Navi after they did the ceremony to put him permanently into his Avatar body.
