No, I don't agree.
Sure, there are individuals in the organization who wanna make profit and they think everyone will love their ideas, but by and large these people believe tearing down the old culture is just as important as propping up their desired culture. Also remember that a big part of modern art culture is snubbing the masses and delivering "true art" whether they like it or not. The same snobbishness that says "oh you just don't understand that painting" is now saying "oh you're just a racist for not liking black samurai in your historical action game".
So, take a company like Microsoft which was a big part of 80s and 90s culture, wokeify their gaming brand, and then you either succeed by making the brand more popular which spreads your message, or if the brand dies you still succeed because you've torn down a pillar of the Old Culture.
Liberal aren't complex, really, and liberal beliefs about "profit" aren't a secret. We see the behavior in front of our faces and we hear them voice their goals openly. I don't understand the skepticism in 2024.
