I just need $5 and to trade out the two Non-First Party Nintendo RPG's for Super Castlevania IV and F-Zero and I will throw in $3 alone for Mega-Man X for a must have collection in my collection.

Never mind I wasn't clear:

Super Metroid $5
Legend of Zelda Link to the Past $5
Super Mario World $5
Street Figher II Turbo $4
Super Castelvaina IV $3
Mega Man X $3
F-Zero $2

$27 total.

I will use the $3 to make popcorn.

I edited my first reply because the way I wrote it included it, but yes, Super Metroid is life.

That was my favorite racer but couldn't choose over MK in this list!

I've played Stunt Race FX, game ain't worth a dime. I'd rather play paper football with a broken arm than ever have to see that sorry game again

Tried to get the best ratio of quality + quantity + variety that I could, but the budget was tight man! :p Fun idea!
 
As @Zefah stated, you only have $5 because the first tier is essential to any SNES library. So with the left over money, I'd grab Super Castlevania and Super Punch Out. Tough to leave classics like Earthbound, SMRPG, Yoshis Island, Street Fighter, TMNT behind. Lack of Contra 3/NBA Jam is eyebrow raising given the titles in the $1 tier.

I thought was actually pretty amazing in its day. I still remember the first time I played it on a demo station at a Target. Visually it was a turd sandwich with what felt like a weak frame rate. But it was that 'feeling' that was impressive. Was the first game I an remember that had any sense of physics.
