I've been caffeine free for a few years now.
I had one coffee in my entire life and I was sure I was gonna die from a heart attack. So bacon.

It wasn't hard for me. Nicotine was far worse.I did the no-caffeine thing (along with a whole bunch of other stuff) for about 2+ years in my 20s and albeit I felt pretty great at the time. I find it hard to envisage putting myself through the withdrawal again, it was fucking brutal tbh, and not just a few days as is often talked about. I'm kind of surprised I wasn't killed by my family, close friends abd co-workers given how ill-tempered I was for a good few weeks.![]()
